Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?

What do I put my laundry in?
Anything you have — a hamper liner, a trash bag, a duffel. Nothing needs to be sorted or counted. Whites, colours and delicates are separated once the order reaches the plant.
Do you wash my laundry with other people’s?
No. Your order is washed and dried on its own, then folded and bagged as a single order. Nothing is combined with another household’s clothing at any point.
Can I drop my laundry off instead?
